Terms and Conditions

Important to take into account that these types of donations are not tax deductible. We will use your email to send your payment receipt, and we will also notify the student of your donation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If for some reason the student is not able to travel with us and needs to cancel the trip, your donation toward their tuition will be refunded based on our policies of when the cancellation was notified by email.

Only donations done through our portal will be refunded by us, donations done directly to the student will be the responsibility of the student to refund to the donor.

Once the student notifies us by email (ONLY) that they wish to cancel, we will refund according to when the cancellation was notified.

Donations done towards the payment of the first $500 of tuition payment, which is the Deposit Fee to confirm the students spot and reserve the dates, is not refundable for any reason.

Students will receive a full refund, except for the Deposit Fee for cancellations up to 60 days prior to departure.

Students will receive a 50% refund, except for the Deposit Fee for cancellations up to 60 to 30 days prior to departure.

There will be no refund for any of the payment of tuition for cancellations 30 days or less prior to departure.
